Tuition is based on the combined number of a family’s classes per week (drop-in classes and short-term workshops are excluded). For example, if two students from one family enroll for one class each, the tuition is at the two-class rate for the family instead of the one-class rate for each student. This way, you receive a great discount. If you choose to pay in three installments or annually, you receive an additional discount.
1. Registration Fee: $30 per family, non-refundable with registration.
2. Tuition: Please choose one category: monthly, tri-annually; or annually. Payments are due on the 1st of the month and are late after the 10th. First tuition payment is due by August 1. Tri-annual payments are for three months each, due Aug. 1, Nov. 1 and Feb. 1. Monthly payments are the prorated amount of the annual total, equally distributed over the nine calendar months of classes, September through May. Tri-annual and annual payment plans give you a 5% discount.
3. Payments: payments received will be applied to the oldest fees and costs outstanding. When paying by check, please include the name of the student(s) in the memo to assure accurate posting. Mail or bring your payments to CDF.

4. Late Fee: on the 11th of each month a late fee of $10 will be assessed to all outstanding accounts.
5. CDF has the discretion to run or cancel the class and accommodate students in other classes to the best of CDF’s ability. Students who cannot be enrolled in an alternate class and choose to withdraw their registration before participation will have any prepaid fees refunded.
6. Past Due Accounts: Students who carry a past due account balance for two or more months are not permitted to return to class until their account is current. Students with any unpaid performance fees, tuition or other fees cannot participate in CDF productions, including the Spring Performance. The responsible party (as indicated by their signature on the registration form) is liable for any and all fees and costs associated with collecting any past due balance including attorneys fees and court costs.
7. Because many of our classes for these ages are full, students two to seven years old may not attend regularly scheduled classes in order to make up a missed class. All other students may make up a missed class by attending an available comparable class as their schedule allows. As a courtesy, please inform the teacher when you are taking the class as a make-up and tell your regular teacher at your next class. Tuition is not prorated for missed classes. Tuition is not prorated for classes canceled because of severe weather or extraordinary circumstances. Student performance fees must be paid prior to these events to participate.
8. Change in enrollment: If the status of your enrollment changes (i.e. moving, dropping, etc), it is your responsibility to contact the CDF office to tell us of the change. Without timely notification, tuition accrues and billing continues.

10. Weekly Drop-in Classes for Adults: Students may pay per class, or receive a discount by purchasing a class card. (No registration fee required for Adult Classes)

Movement to Music for Ages 2-4, Creative Ballet for Kindergarten and 1st grade - pink ballet shoes, pink tights, and leotard of choice (any color), a skirt may be worn as well. Boys wear a t-shirt, shorts or sweat pants, black ballet shoes. 1st grade girls should wear convertible tights.
2nd grade Ballet Preparatory- light blue leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes
2nd grade Contemporary Dance- light blue leotard, black dance pants or footless tights, bare feet
Acting- Regular comfortable clothing
